PDPRA-C Two-Stage Granular Activated Carbon and Polyphosphate Crystals Filter

Stage 1: Granular Activated Carbon

The first stage is a granular activated carbon (GAC) filter that removes chlorine, pesticides, and other organic contaminants. GAC is made from coconut shells and has a high surface area that allows it to absorb contaminants.

Stage 2: Polyphosphate Crystals

The second stage is a polyphosphate crystals filter that removes calcium and magnesium ions, which can cause hard water. Polyphosphates are a type of polymer that coats the calcium and magnesium ions, making them less likely to form scale.

Prevents stains on dishes, glasses, silverware, and sinks, protects washing machines and dishwashers from water-borne scale.

Improves the performance of detergents by up to 30%, as it acts as a water softener, ideal for areas with high salt concentration in the water supply.
