It is a modern and economical water filtration solution for domestic use.
The Aqua Filter BBCBLS10 system consists of a filter holder which is installed in your central supply and includes the following filters:
Big Blue 10''x4.5'' activated carbon filter FCCBL-S by Aqua Filter.
Compact activated carbon made from high quality raw materials, provides: removes up to 99% of chlorine in water. Removal of organic pollutants. Elimination of phenol and benzene. It contains a blend of vitamin carbon from coconut shell.
It removes heavy metals (Pb, Cu, Hg, Sr, Cs). Softens the water. It provides excellent filtration with low pressure drop. Removes up to 85% of nitrates based on pesticides. Removes mechanical impurities (rust, mud, etc.) from 5 to 10 microns. Improves the taste and odour of water. Significantly longer life of 12 months or 24,000 litres.
It comes with a wall mount base, a clamping key and a pressure gauge for easy diagnosis of pressure drop due to the replacement filter.
The operating pressure of the filter reaches 16 bar.
Before buying them, make sure you have access to the water pipes and for their installation, it would be advisable to contact a professional plumber.
Regular maintenance (changing filters) is also important to prevent the pressure from dropping.
