The Undercounter FP3-K1 is a complete and powerful undercounter filtration system that offers many options for customization and expansion, using 10″ filters (the world market standard). So the end user can configure and maintain the system for many years easily and economically. The system immediately provides clean water free from soil, rust, chlorine, pesticides, chemical and organic compounds, some heavy metals and parasites. It does not remove valuable mineral elements of the water and is ideal for large households and business premises. Factory equipped with the following filtration stages: 1. Solid particle filter Aqua Filter 5micron FCPS5 (NSF-FDA), to remove soil, rust and microparticles up to 5 micron. (replacement every six months)2. GAC + KDF FCCBKDF (NSF) Activated Carbon Filter from Aqua Filter (USA), which removes the largest percentage of chlorine, chemical elements, pesticides and unpleasant odor and taste while the KDF material drastically reduces the percentage of a series of heavy metals while having bacteriostatic properties. (replacement every six-twelve months)3. Softening and Deironing Filter FCCST2 Aqua Filter's softening and deironing filter is used to effectively and economically reduce hardness and remove iron in any point of water application. The filter contains a special blend of softening and deironing resins, suitable for potable applications (food grade ), and can also be used as a pre-filter in reverse osmosis systems to provide protection against excessive hardness on the reverse osmosis membrane, thus extending its life. (replacement every six-twelve months) Alternatively, the Undercounter FP3-K1 can be equipped with any 10" filter to achieve the desired result in each case (e.g. reduction of hardness, removal of cysts and parasites, removal of iron, nitrates, etc.).
