The Aqua Pure softening and de-ironing filter is used for the effective and economical reduction of hardness and the removal of iron.
The FCCST2 replacement filter contains a special mixture of softening and de-ironing resins. They are suitable for drinking applications. It can also be used as a filter in reverse osmosis systems to provide protection from excessive hardness on the reverse osmosis membrane. This extends its lifespan. The filter life ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the structure of the filtration system and the quality of the network water to be processed.
